Delightful Enhancements: April 7, 2022

Improved navigation experience on hiring mobile app for iOS users

With this release, we have now improved the navigation experience for iOS mobile users. This will provide a streamlined experience between both iOS and Android for users. The changes introduced will make the navigation flow more intuitive and will make it easy for users to know where they are oriented within the app and how to move to other areas within the app.

As a user, if you are on a candidate or viewing job details, the bottom navigation will no longer take up space on the screen, and will make it easier for users to focus on reviewing candidates or checking candidate pipelines.

Refugee Indicator

Many companies have already mobilized to support displaced people in their hiring process and we want to aid those efforts. That’s why we have added a new feature allowing displaced people to self-identify as refugees. Customer administrators can now add a standard Screening Question from our Question Library to their Question Sets, by using the pull-down to add the question seen in the screenshot below.

This question can be added to any question set, making it easier for customers who are mobilized to support displaced people. We also recommend that Administrators create an Information Text screening question so that applicants are clear on why this question is asked and how the information will be used. See below for an example of the applicant view.

Recruiters can filter using this screening question and Save Search from the People list and - for CRM users - can filter in the same way within jobs and create CRM communities using Connect Search and bulk actions.
