Delightful Enhancements: November 7, 2019

Action Center for Android

Hiring Managers now have a new way to obtain quick insights about their jobs and take impactful actions on the go.  Action Center for Android helps them review their hiring funnel quickly, and send nudge reminders to interviewers who have not completed their reviews of previously interviewed candidates.

Report Builder Data Points

We continue to improve the robustness of Report Builder and will now support reporting on the following data fields:

  • Scorecard criteria: Additional flexibility to report on scorecard criteria along with Reviews.

  • Assessment status & details: For the first time, users will be able to build aggregate reports across assessments that have been sent to applicants. Reporting on assessment results are not supported at this time, but we will look at introducing them in the future.

  • Candidate source: Reporting on Application source is already supported in Report Builder. Now users are also able to report on the source of the candidate, which is the very first source of application.

Audit API move out of beta

Our Audit API supports companies to monitor both system and user generated events in their SmartRecruiters account. Previously, the Audit API was listed under Customer API-BETA. Now it’s going to be moved out of the beta category and formalized as it’s own API.

It will be available in our Developer portal here: (link to Audit API)

The new API will adhere to all sunset & deprecation policies outline for our Customer API: https://dev.smartrecruiters.com/customer-api/overview/deprecation-and-sunset-policy/

SmartAssistant: Match Score color update

We’ve updated the color scheme for the Match score with more gradation and better color scaling. The font color has also been updated for better accessibility and readability.

We’ve also removed the “Recommended Jobs” widget on the candidate profile. We are continuously improving SmartAssistant recommendations and will be announcing new enhancements in this coming quarter. Stay tuned!
