Report Builder: “View Only” users can run a report
When using Report Builder, report creators can share reports with users who then have “View Only” access to Report Builder. We are now adding the ability for “View Only” report users to also run the report for a fresh dataset.
Report Builder: Interviews Data
Interviews data fields are available in Report Builder. Users will be able to create custom reports that include the following:
The interviews data will replace our existing Interviews report download as will as the deprecated Interviews data services in our Analytics API. The new data fields provide more granular control for your interviews reporting with an additional Interview Timeslot fields and Interviewer fields.
Please note - there are some differences between the Report Builder interviews dataset and the older interviews report download. The following fields will not be available in the new dataset:
Time to provide feedback (Float) – difference in hours between the interview End Time for an interviewer and the time when that interviewer added an interview review
Interviewer Review (String) – candidate’s review made by the interviewer.
Interviewer Rating (Number) – candidate’s rating given by the interviewer.
These old data fields were developed using an assumed logic, but no direct link between reviews and interviews. We are working on building a direct link between the two entities and will add this data back when the proper link is built. All data fields will be available here.
Ability to Remove Default Disposition Reasons
Administrators will now be able to decide if the list of rejection / withdrawal reasons include the default reasons or not.
If the toggle below is turned off, then only the reasons that were created by the Administrator will be shown.
Please remember that default reasons are automatically translated by SmartRecruiters.
Setting to Make Disposition Reason Mandatory
The second setting here will allow you to ensure that a reason is entered when rejecting or marking a candidate as withdrawn.
Hired positions data is not cleared when a candidate is deleted
Previously, when a candidate was deleted for various reasons (manually, API, GDPR Setting), the position on which this hired candidate was hired would be cleared. This won't happen anymore. the position will stay filled and the candidate data will be retained on the position!
Preview all formatting when creating a screening question
When creating new screening questions, users can apply markdown to format the question text. The preview section now supports all markdown formatting and will show users what the text formatting for their screening questions look like.
New navigation in Candidate Portal
We are moving our grey left navigation bar to a top one with an avatar menu, it will be transparent on the application page and blue everywhere else. This will also allow for a greater focus on the company when the candidate lands on an application page. The pictures below depicts a “New / Before” state of the new navigation.
