On your computer you can reset your password by following the steps below:
Navigate to https://www.smartr.me/public/sign-in?
Click the ‘Reset Password’ link
Enter the same email address you used to when creating your SmartrProfile
Click the ‘Submit’ button
Check your mailbox for an email from email@example.com that will contain a button taking you back to Smartr to reset your password.
TIP: Make sure to check your SPAM folder!
TIP: Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts or to your list of safe email senders.
Resetting your password when on your mobile
If you are on a mobile phone the link to reset your password is currently not visible. Follow the instructions below on your computer or use the option 'Desktop site' or 'Show desktop version' on your mobile phone to have access to the desktop version of our website and the Reset Password option and then follow the instructions as mentioned above.
