Job Subscription Dialogue

 

When users have complete the Job Discovery dialogue and presented with a Job Carousel they will have the option to subscribe to updates for new jobs.

How do candidates subscribe to a Job Alert?

Once they sign up, that information is stored and once a new job (or jobs) matching their criteria a Job Alert is sent. This feature allows for re-engagement of candidates, especially if they have used our app-based chatbot like WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.

From the Job Alert, candidates will be able to do the following:

  • Manage subscriptions

  • Ask a context-specific question about the new posting(s)

  • Start an application for one of the shown jobs

  • Learn more about the job offer

  • See more jobs

How can candidates managing their subscriptions?

Candidates will be able to delete their subscriptions once they receive a job alert or by triggering the Subscription intent. They can trigger the intent by writing: “I want to change my subscription“ or similar during the the job discovery dialogue. The candidate will be shown a carousel with all the job alerts they subscribed to and from there they can unsubscribe from a job subscription.

  1. Can I adjust the image of the alert?
    No.

  2. Can the Subscription feature be disabled?
    Yes, we can enable or disable the feature.
