One of the dashboards in Source-to-Hire Analytics, the Hires dashboard reports on the hire of candidates. Hiring managers can use this dashboard to discover quality sources of hire and understand internal employee mobility.
When using the Hires dashboard, it is important to bear in mind that only positions whose Hire Date falls within the selected time period will be included in the results. Although very similar, this is different from the Hiring Plan dashboard which based its result data on Target Start Date.
This is because the Hires dashboard focuses exclusively on understanding and analyzing hires that were made in the selected time period in contrast to the Hiring Plan dashboard focuses on understanding the movement of all positions in the selected time period.
Metrics on the Hire dashboard focuses on understanding the hired candidate.
Below is the full list of metrics, their descriptions and definition and usage:

Total Hires Graph
The total hires graph displays both referral hires and internal hires of each month for the selected time period. Users can use the total hires graph to track and analyze the trend of internal hires and referral hires by jobs, by department, and more.
Hover the cursor on top of the data points bar to view the total number of hires of each type of that month.
The total hire graph is displayed only when there are 2 complete months in the selected time period. If fewer than 2 complete months are included in the selected time period, users will see the following message: "Use the date picker to select a time period of at least 2 months to generate Total Hires graph".
Hires Distribution Chart
Hires distribution chart contains two pie charts that provide users insight on hires type distribution and hires source distribution. Using the chart, users can have a quick overview of hire types and identify both well and poor-performing sources that attributed to their hires. Internal hires represent candidates entering your pipeline through our internal mobility solutions or flagged as "employees" in the system.
Similar to the position breakdown chart, users can hover their cursors on top of pies to view the total number of hires of each type and of each source.
