One of the dashboards in Source-to-Hire Analytics, the Hires dashboard reports on the hire of candidates. Hiring managers can use this dashboard to discover quality sources of hire and understand internal employee mobility.

When using the Hires dashboard, it is important to bear in mind that only positions whose Hire Date falls within the selected time period will be included in the results. Although very similar, this is different from the Hiring Plan dashboard which based its result data off Target Start Date.

This is because the Hires dashboard focuses exclusively on understanding and analyzing hires that were made in the selected time period in contrast to Hiring Plan dashboard focuses on understanding the movement of all positions in the selected time period.

Hires Metrics

Metrics on the Hire dashboard focuses on understanding the hired candidate.
