The Hiring App's People list contains all the candidates you can access. It's analogous to the People page in SmartRecruiters.

Searching list of people
From here, you can search for candidates by their name or current job title (as listed in their profile).

The Hiring App's People list includes candidates who have applied to your jobs and leads on those jobs, but does not include prospects.
The list is ordered by most recently modified date.
Viewing candidates
Tap a candidate to see their profile. If the candidate has multiple applications, the Hiring App will display their profile in the context of the most recently modified application, and display that application's status, screening questions, ratings, and any other application-specific details.
