Why can't I mark this candidate as Hired?

If you find yourself unable to mark a candidate as hired for a job, it's likely because your organization has active Job Approvals and the job does not have enough positions to fill. With active Job Approvals, each job must have one open position for each candidate.  

To mark an additional candidate as hired for that job, you'll need to add a position to the job.
