As a new user, the first thing you should do is set up your personal profile and preferences such as the email notifications you'd like to receive and your locale preferences.
Access your account settings from the Settings / Admin page:
- Click the user icon in the top right corner of SmartRecruiters.
- From the list, select Settings / Admin.
Add personal details
On the Settings / Admin page, click My Profile in the My Account list. On this page, you can set your personal details and upload a photo of yourself. Your team will use it to identify your comments and reviews. If you're part of a hiring team, candidates will see your photo when you invite them to interviews.
If you're someone who will post jobs and would like to remain anonymous when you do, uncheck the "Show my name and social profile on jobs I post" option at the bottom of the page. Otherwise, your photo and social profile will show up on each job you post.
Be sure to click Save at the bottom of the page to save your information and profile photo.
