SmartRecruiters allows candidates or users to attach files in any of these formats. All user-uploaded documents are scanned by a dedicated antivirus system. Affected documents are deleted and the user can see this status on the application page or when trying to download the document. 

SmartRecruiters will not allow candidates to attach file types that aren't listed here.

There's 10 mb limit on files that are uploaded:

  • with the application when a candidate applies, or
  • to a candidate's profile after they apply.
